1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Twixos (the "Platform"), owned and operated by Global Score Ltd. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

3. Jurisdictional Restrictions

Access to paid competitions and redemption is restricted to supported markets and is not available where prohibited by law. The Platform uses geolocation to determine availability. Prohibited jurisdictions include, without limitation, territories where online real-money gaming is unlawful and any jurisdiction subject to applicable sanctions. Where a feature is unavailable in your region, it will not be offered to you.

4. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5. Deposits, Prize Points & Withdrawals

6. Account Management & Suspension

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, show signs of fraud, or are required to be actioned for regulatory or responsible-gaming reasons.

7. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to responsible gaming. Tools including self-exclusion and deposit, loss, and time limits are available. See our Responsible Gaming page.

8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

To raise a complaint, contact support@twixos.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within one working day and resolve them within a reasonable timeframe (typically up to 14 days). Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the licensor's alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process via the Anjouan Gaming Authority.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
